Hi All,
Just joined the community. Switched from Fido yesterday but I can't receive calls. Everything else seems to be ok

@coldan, have you checked your Fido service to see if that is still working? If it is, that is a sure sign the port is stuck and needs to be resubmitted. If the Fido service is no longer working, there is a chance that the service can be fixed by toggling the lost phone/found phone feature in the self serve. Failing this troubleshooting, the moderator team support is needed to resubmit a number port. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
