Can't Change Plan

Hi there. I am looking to switch to the $20.00 for 500mb data + unlimited talk and text plan but when I try to log in after selecting the plan, the screen goes white. Please help

If you are trying to downgrade from your existing plan. PM has made it more difficult to downgrade to plans that are offered to new members.

Try login on the PM app and check Change Subscription and see what plans you are eligible to change to.

which plan do you currently have, as that plan might not be available to you if you have a plan that currently costs more per month than $20 + tax. You can only opt for whatever plan you see when you log in to your particular account.

@nikitar  That’s most likely the plan is only for new activations, existing customers can only change to the plans that are offered to us in our accounts despite what we see on the website unfortunately
