I can't get into my account because the security code still gets sent to the temporary number I was given when I first signed up. I need an agent to update my phone number but no one seems to be available.

Sometimes you can get the 2FA code send to email (instead of text). Click on "Did not get the code" link and then hopefully you will be able to get 2FA email code. Once inside your account, you can change the phone number yourself.
