So I switched to public mobile from Bell and now I can not recieve and people aren’t recieving my text messages who are with Bell.

@jessvardy11, All other carriers' texts are going through? When did you set up your account. Was it just recently?
If it was working, and suddenly stopped, you would need to send a private message to the moderators team so that they can investigate at the account level. They are gone for the night, but will be back online at 9AM(est).

@jessvardy11 When did you make the switch? If just did it and ported your number, give it some time to process. If its been a few hours and your old sim is not working, try using another texting app and see if you are able to receive and send text.
