I can not make calls from my mobile. Checked my account and it is active, all the dues paid. This problem started just couple of hours ago today. I do not know what went wrong.
Any advice to solve the issue.

Would you be able to answer some of the questions people asked above to help troubleshoot the issue? May also just be signal issue with local tower but that is unlikely to last for too long.

Try your sim in another unlocked phone.

Can you receive calls and have all your other services?
If it is not a matter of running out of your Plan Minutes try a RESET of your Network Settings.
Then Reboot your phone.
Check if your phone is blacklisted here:
https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
If still issues, I would suggest to contact a Moderator, to confirm your account is all good.

See picture below. In your self landing page, are you out of outgoing minutes?
If you are, and you're on the $15 plan, the line item will not show in this section as it does below:

If you log into My Account and look under My Data & Add-Ons... does it still show you have calling minutes available?
What happens if you try and call 611?
You wouldn't have been in the middle of a phone number porting/transfer or another account plan change/renewal, would you? Sometimes if you restart your phone, that may help with weird things that happen on the network. Is this happening to all calls?

@pmohapatra : If you're on the $15 plan, perhaps you've used all the minutes.
Edit: if so, then you have 3 options:
1. change plans now
2. ask moderators to renew early
3. buy add-on minutes
The first 2 will have no pro-rating and you lose what you've already paid. The third is likely your best option.
But we haven't yet heard from you as to whether you're on the $15 plan.
