Sorry Public Mobile does not work in China. Refunds are not typically provided. If you want to pause your service for awhile if you can sign into your account, then click on Manage Subscription, and unscrbibe from Autopay. Just turn it off.
You would then have up to 90 days to pay again and restart your phone. Failure to do so in that timeframe to make a payment or have Available Funds in your account to cover your plan could result in you losing your phone number.
