After an account was closed, can I re-activate that PM sim card?

What do you mean "closed"? Had you ported out? Is it just suspended? Did you let it remain suspended for over 90 days? Can you login to the account? Can you dial 611?
If you ported out then no you can't. If you let it remain suspended for over 90 days then no you can't.

@youxing no you can't. You need to buy an new Sim card and activate it with a different email address I believe. You can order them or go right to a Telus /Koodo store to buy a Sim card and then use a refferal code when you activate it to get 10$ back on the new account!
