Hello,
All incoming calls get an error code. All outgoing calls ring, but cut off when answered. Two separate networks tested on.
I restarted phone and reset network settings. Still happening.
Any help would be appreciated.

@SirDoodle , what model of phone do you have. It could be due to VoLTE compatibility issues. You can use the link below to check the VoLTE compatibility of your device. While the 3G network is still active, there continues to be work in the background to repurpose spectrum to 4G and 5G service.

is that a new account?
try reboot phone and reset network settings
if same, try your sim card on another phone if possible
if same again, as PM support agent to refresh the account. submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
