Hello, I could not make calls. I have a 90 day service that I paid May 25 for three monts. I tried to make calls and I had a message from PM saying I needed an add on. But the calls were locals....I went to my account. The services were put on hold. When I pushed 'resume services'. I transaction passed with my $10.00 referral and the services started again. WHAT IS THAT???

If you paid for the 90 day plan and your account was placed on hold and then $10 fee came out, I would question Public Mobile by contacting customer service.

@AnneMarie1111 there was an outage earlier but issue is now fixed.
Reboot the phone and try again
