I live in Alberta and my step mom and grandparents live in BC. They have been trying to call me and it wont go through. My sisters boyfriends phone is registered in Manitoba and he can call me just fine. I have the $40 plan. Anyone know why this would be happening? It just started this past week

What happens? Does it go straight to voicemail?

was it just setup today or last couple days and you ported your number from another provider?
if so, it is normal that some carriers might take longer time to get the calls to your new provider (PM). An example is that when my friend moved to PM, people calling from Fongo can't get to them until 2 days later but other from Rogers/Bell without issue. I think smaller provider might take longer to have their systems to learn the new route.

@stephyloo Are your grandparents and stepmom calling from a Public Mobile phone or another service or landline?
What message do they hear when trying to call? An error message, or does it immediately go to your voicemail?
Check that you haven't accidentally put their numbers on your phones block list, or have "unknown callers" blocked - I've read a few cases of this on the forums here...
