Hi there, hoping somebody can help!
Background:
Sometime this afternoon my calls started going straight to voicemail and texts are extremely delayed. I work as a therapist so this is challenging to deal with as I see clients through the day and people buzz up through calling my phone which is now going straight to voicemail and that notification, along with any texts they send are extremely delayed (by a few hours).
- I have been with Public for many years so not a porting issue.
- I am able to call out, but cannot receive calls (goes straight to voicemail and very delayed getting the notification).
- Texts are extremely delayed when sent out by me or sent to me.
What I have attempted:
- Rebooted my phone several times.
- Removed and reinserted SIM card.
- Looked through previous posts but can't seem to see a solution, my apologies if I missed it as my brain is a bit on overdrive!
- I have a Samsung A70 that is up to date.
