Since past couple of weeks, I am not able to contact most of the numbers. It says "6UC2 the number you have reached is not in service" with three beeps at the end even for active numbers.

@Thapaliya I guess to tried reboot your phone?

 

Try also to change the Preferred network type to 3G only and see if it works

 

do you have another phone to put the PM sim there and test?  this will force a sim re-provision and could resolve the issu

 

if still does not work,  you might need some support to refresh the account for you 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Thapaliya , try including +1 in front of the 10 digit number.  Also try using 3G preferred network type.  You might be having VoLTE related issues.
