And you are ok making calls and mobile data work?
Try couple things
1. Reboot the phone first
2. if not work, try to change the network to 3G only
3. If still does not work, try to reseat the sim
4. if you have another phone , try your PM SIM there
If none works, try your phone in another location, maybe a network issue in your area
