got my porting complete text message after 5 hours. I'm now able to receive calls!

Just to add to what imm1304 said is if it still hasn't resolvedin the morning you can put your old sim as it will still be active this way you won't miss anything while they are resolving this issue. Just make sure to bring your PM sim with you and when your old sim no longer has service your PM sim will be all good

Hi @DesiMundha!
You guys must have ported your numbers to public mobile.
It takes anywhere from half hour to couple of hours for number ports to complete.
Until then, all incoming calls to your phones go to the old carrier's sim.
It should resolve itself soon. If not, send a private message to one of the mods tomorrow morning.
