I transfered my line from another network yesterday. My calls and messaging are not working. Everytime I try to log into the APP, it sends a text message for a pin but I cannot get it. This issue has stopped my work. Please advise with a working solution asap!

PM gets the work done, but it take a while. In my case for the first two days their response was almost non existent, after two days they picked up and got the resolution.

The porting was incomplete because public mobile took over the service before the porting was done and I stopped receiving calls and texts mid transfer and so i could not reply because I did not get any messages or calls. The call to koodo services does not work because they are unable to re send a port over request. The number you are sending me is resulting in the same issue.

I have removed that esim from my phone. therefore i cannot receive it from them if that was the case. However

Did you cancel the other service already? Has it stopped working? Try using your old sim, the OTP might still be going there.

The koodo service is not working either. The port was not done in the given time frame and now the koodo service should send a text but it is not coming through to any number i put in their system. Please help

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot, the port was not done
