Hi there. My phone won’t let me call and the message is that I’ve used all my minutes. I have unlimited calling on my plan though. Can anyone help me?

We've seen another question saying they can't call landlines. Seems that requires talking to support.

Yes. Account is active and all paid up. No problem calling cells. Only landlines I’ve discovered.

Try putting a 1 in front of the number. Also rebooting, reset network settings, reinstall SIM card.

Can you text in and out? Use cell data (not wifi)? That is, is your account active?
