Rogers still has phone on there bill

@danylebreton  - so something is not complete yet then. Or there is an issue with your phone or account.

 

Check your SIM into another phone, if still no incoming calls submit a ticket with CSA to check your account.

HI @danylebreton  How long you try to port your number from Rogers?

 did you reply YES to the text from Rogers allowing them to port the line to PM?

 

Put your Roger SIM in and you should be able to still using Rogers service.  Then , your line is not ported here yet

 

I will send you a number to call and talk to PM and confirm the porting status.  Please check your inbox in the Community, top right

@danylebreton  - have you contacted Rogers...Is there some bundle package you have with Rogers that includes phone?

 

Do you have a working Public Mobile account SIM card? Are your services working (calling/texting/data).

 

When you call your phone number does your Public Mobile phone ring? If so, it sounds like you have an issue with Rogers, call them. Just ensure all your Public Mobile services are working correctly first.

Your number port from Rogers might not be complete. It usually takes a couple of hours. I will message you a number for the porting office at Telus in case you need to contact someone.

@danylebreton More information please? Are you a new customer? I take it your ported your number from Rogers? When did you do the port? When you did port the number did you leave the Rogers sim card in to authorize the port? They send you a text message that you have to reply YES to. 

 

Give us more information please without posting personal information.

Sounds like you intended to transfer your number. Did you reply to the text from Rogers?
