Call goes to VM - outside text does’t work

My number was ported from Bell Mobility to Public Mobile. Outgoing calls, SMS, data, voicemail, and iMessage all work correctly. However, all incoming calls go directly to voicemail with no ringing, and my iPhone receives no missed-call notification. I’ve already restarted the phone, reset network settings, and confirmed the issue persists. Please refresh/reprovision my line and verify that incoming-call routing for my number is complete.”

make sure you removed the Bell sim card or if Bell is an eSIM, disable (but not delete) it and test again.  

But if issue persists, then it sounds like a stuck port.  A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
