Hi,
I am out of the country for a month. I forgot to set up call forwarding while I was still in Canada. Now I am in another country already. How do I set up my call forwarding so that all my calls gets redirected to another line thats in Canada?
Thanks!

I have the same problem. It seems there is no solution. You need to flay back to Canada and then fly back to your (new) country. This is a terrible solution. One should be able to do this on line, or their support should be able to do it for us.

A convoluted workaround would be that a friend or family member gets a sim from a corporate Telus/Koodo store and then tells you the number and you log in to your account and do the change sim and then they put the sim in a phone and set up the call forwarding for you. Then they can take the sim out and give it to you when you return.

Thanks, thats very unfortunate I cannot call up PM to request they set up the forwarding seperately for me. I guess that is the limit of PM compared to the big carriers now a days

@jianyuyang , you won't be able to set call forwarding while away from Canada. To do so your phone has to be connected to the Public Mobile network.
