I will randomly not be able to make phone calls. It tells me that there is a call failure.I took my SIM card out and put it in another phone and it did the same thing. I can sometimes receive calls but often it says to the other caller that the call failed.

@Alysia first? what brand and model is your phone?
was it working well before and it just had the issue?? or you just joined PM? I wonder if it us a device compatibility issue
Depends on your phone, yiu can either use 3G asa workaround or VoLTE , but let us know the model of your phone and will advise from there

I presume texting in and out works.
You may need to ask the Customer Support Agents to reprovision your SIM/account.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
