Okay, so this is going to sound bizarre but hear me out… I have a US-Canada plan and have for years and up until recently have had no issues. In the last year though, the connection when my family calls has been, well, weird. Sometimes when my US family phones me, I’ll hear someone other than them when I answer the phone. My family member can hear me but I’m quite literally listening to someone else’s call until I hang up and phone them back. Not every time they call, maybe 3-4 times a month? It makes me feel like it’s the 1930’s and the switchboard operators have messed up haha. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

but your data has been working fine all along? And what phone do you have?
US has fully decommissioned the 3G and T-Mobile is also decommissioning the 2G network. If your phone not support VoLTE or not on PM's VoLTE whitelist, it will impact your voice calls

HI @JennyEames
is it only calls from US with the problem? you said your family call you in US, are they also with PM and have cnaada-US plan? If so, it could be a problem with VoLTE. But we just got a post confirmed by CS_agent that PM has enabled VoLTE for everyone and the calls problem from US should no longer be a problem, as long as you have a phone with VoLTE function
