When I try to make a call it says that the call can’t be completed since I have used all available minutes. When I log in to my account it says that I still have minutes. Why can’t I make calls?

when you use the laptop to log in to your account, first clear cache files and try using a different web browser. If you have the old $15 plan with limited Canada wide calling minutes, you can get a $5 add-on that gives 500 minutes of calling. Unused add-on minutes will roll over.
Alternative is to upgrade to $19 plan with unlimited Canada wide calling, messaging and a bit of data.

what phone do you have?
but start with reboot your phone, then Reset Network Settings and make calls both with and with a 1 in front of the 10 digits
and try calling different numbers
