My Call Display just shows the province and not my name. I have two separate accounts, is that what the issue is? If so, can I set my call display properly?

Sorry, wrong answer..
This all started after PM ungraded their site.
Prior to the upgrade it worked well.
Now it is pulling my province from my profile rather than the account user name.

@Doug7838 PM only sends phone number with caller id and not the name.
Some phones partner with caller id provider and try to lookup the name , like Samsung partners with Hiya (www.hiya.com) . Some people will actually install third party app for name lookup. Both of these has nothing to do with Public Mobile, as PM only sends the phone number and not name
For your case, the best solution is to ask the one who receiving your call to add your phone number on his/her contact on the phone with proper name. Then when you call, the person's phone will lookup and match on the local contacts and will show correct name
