How do I contact CSA to resolve a payment problem for the add-on that is not working.

That is not unusual here to see double shot responses with spoilers with a bunch of extra superfluous, not needed, likely misunderstood, and confusing directions (especially to a newbie) that may and unlikely may not come close to be of any help!!!!

Try To Purchase Add-Ons Using Your Self-Serve Account
To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
- Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
- When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
- You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.
- If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds. Click ‘Submit’, then ‘Go back’: now the button below the calculator will say ‘Buy Add-Ons’.
- Select ‘Confirm my purchase’, and you’re off to the races!
after you Add-on you have to do Rebooting your phone

@CaroleSha : Which add-on are you trying to buy and what country are you in? Canada add-ons and US data roaming add-ons will show under My Data & Add-ons. US roaming talk or text will show under Plan Details.
Public Mobile services only work while in Canada or outgoing activity with roaming add-ons in the states. Nowhere else.
Roaming add-ons start at the moment of purchase and go for 240 hours. At which point you would either need to wait another 24 hours or ask the CSA's to re-buy.

@CaroleSha Buying Add-on is a 2 steps process:
- load fund
- actual buying
did you actually complete step 2 as well?
Check your My Account to see if there is any fund in Available fund and if the Addon is show up in My Data & Add-ons. If Available Fund has the same amount as the Add-on amount but My Data & Add-ons does not have the add-on you want to purchase, you likely did only Step 1 but not step 2
Should you still need to contact CSA, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- type: Contact CS Agent
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Other"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
