Hi I recently joined public but I’m getting a 7B1 error and can’t make or receive any calls. I’ve tried all the methods such as airport mode, restarting phone, SIM card and such but no success. 

could I get some assistance please?

Ps. I didn’t do a number transfer either just randomly picked one from the options.

Try put the SIM in another phone to see if that works then switch it back to your phone and see if that works. But remember to power off the phone before swapping the SIM to the other phone.

If it does then it could be a provisional issue with your SIM then you need a CS_Agent to help you fix the problem.

@Justthis2  was the phone able to connect to the network?

was that an eSIM or physical sim activation?

Try to reboot the phone first.  If that does not work , try to Reset All Networks

Also, try the PM sim card in another phone

If nothing work, could be a sim provisioning issue, plese private message support at
