were you not able to receive incoming calls and text?
can you at least make outoging calls?
If you cannot even make outgoing calls, it is a sim provisioning issue, and you need to message support here:
If you can make outoging calls, but NOT incoming, then it is a porting issue. There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
