I have been trying to access my account but everytime i log in, the website takes me to change my subscription. I couldn't do anything else. This is frustrating. I need support.

have you open ticket yet? Yes, when you have this problem, it is not a matter or app or web, you just need PM to sort it out

Are you still able to call, text, access mobile data? If so, hopefully the glitchy account will resolve itself. Otherwise, you can message a customer agent as advised below.
In the meanwhile, you can dial 611 on your phone and check the status of your account and even make a payment if necessary. Good luck.

Look like the system cannot find your My Account and you need PM to help to sort it out
And since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
