Hello,
When signing up for my account I was assured that my bill would be discounted $1 for every year I was subscribed and $1 for every referral I made. It seems that PM is no longer honoring this.
Please re-add this discount to my account.

hi @nnnotarobot I don't work for PM, I am ust customer like you who also affected. But like all rewards, rewards are rewards and there is no contract here really

Do you represent PM? The way it was advertised to me when I started my plan and when the points system was introduced was not that it was a reward that could be taken away, but a discount that was applied to my bill.
Just looking for answers here.

sorry @nnnotarobot this is not something you can just ask it back. Rewards are rewards and PM really has the right to make change to it
And with PM just a prepaid Carrier, there is really no contract, or at max a 30 days contract
