Hello,When signing up for my account I was assured that my bill would be discounted $1 for every year I was subscribed and $1 for every referral I made. It seems that PM is no longer honoring this. Please re-add this discount to my account.
Do you represent PM? The way it was advertised to me when I started my plan and when the points system was introduced was not that it was a reward that could be taken away, but a discount that was applied to my bill. Just looking for answers here.
