Noticed on the website it shows a Boxing Day deal of $29/month for 20G data with Canada / US calling texting etc. but I can’t seem to find that plan on my PM app to change my subscription. Anyone know if this is just for new activation ?

Even worse for me. My account shows none of the boxing day deals at all. This is incredibly frustrating, the chat bot refers me to the deals page that says it should be available.

Im in the same boat. I want to switch to the 5G $29 plan but i dont see it as an option on the app. Mind you I already subscribe to the $30 4g.

@Nate1980 We can only. Change to the plans we see in our accounts to change to despite what we see in the website . My guess is your current plan is already more then $29 and that’s why you don’t see it as option to change to if you were on the $19 plan or $23 plan then you would see it as option . pM has made it harder to downgrade plan price these days . But makes it easy as pie to upgrade plan price . So if you don’t see it your only option is to port out and port back in on. Desired plan with new email and new sim

Whether for new activations or not, users can only switch to plans displayed on their individual self-serve profiles.
Is the plan description does not specifically state "for new activations only", then you can certainly try your luck with the customer support agents.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
