Hi,
I bought subscription with Esim, but unfortunately my phone is not supporting Esim. I would like to change to normal sim, but my account is not allowing me buy physical sim and as soon as login it goes to Esim activation.
How to stop ESIM activation process and go with physical Sim.

@Nithiya you can purchase a physical card from a Telus/koodo shop subject to availability. Call ahead first. Or if you use Amazon you can purchase for as low as $5.
Or use the link from below to contact public mobile directly to arrange to purchase a SIM directly from PM. This will take about 10 business days to arrive.

get a physical PM esim from Amazon ($5) or from local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlinkic ($10)
once you have the card, open ticket with PM support and they will update the account with your physical sim and help to complete the activation:
