Hi, I joined Public Mobile last night and forgot to enter a promo code for bonus data.  Is it too late to add it? Thanks!

The 2gb bonus data only applies to plans $35 and up.

If it is, contact a moderator and explain what happened by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in to create a ticket for a moderator.

As long as you activated online with a plan $35+ you can ask the moderators to add it for you.

Nope, just click on the little white bubble and request that the moderators apply it for you.
