I had two bonuses of 1GB of extra data on my plan - but once I reached my standard plan data limit, the bonuses disappeared. My data is also not working now since it's reached the limit of the standard plan.
Has this happened to anyone? Any advice on who to contact? Thanks again! 🙂

Thank you for your responses! I did not use them as I just saw that it had 0/1028MB under the usage prior to me reaching my standard limit. I've contacted a moderator and created a ticket - thanks!

@jocleungBonus data is a one time gift, and after you use it up, it disappears. If so, you need to buy a data addon now.

@jocleung normally when the bonus disappears its all used up. Check your usage history and your phone to see what apps may be the culprits. If you still feel that an error occurred then contact a moderator and explain your situation. Ask them to look into it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@jocleung hi sounds like you used your bonus data also ,you can check in your self serve if you don't see any you used it all up if you still don't agree you can contact a moderator for assistance contact a moderator click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
