Bonus $25 not received from being referred

I just signed up yesterday through being referred by a friend. I don’t see my $25 credit for joining

same to me， I only get 10 dollars credit.  The $15 dollars bonus did not show up in my account.  It maybe will coming in after 44 days. 😔

3 to 5 business days isn't the information that customer support agents should providing for the $15 credit.  While it's entirely possible that could be the correct the timeframe, the official company line is the already mentioned 45 day time period.

we do not know how quick the funds will be added.  Your friend go the $10 yet? but it should be within 45 days

Hello @Tanja7 

You should only receive a $10 credit to your account within 72 hours. Then, the other $15 credit will arrive on your account within 45 days. Here's a link to read up on. Just a side note, the plan has to be a $29 plan or more.
