When I put in my Priv imei it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Pretty sure it will work with pm service.
As Cameron mentioned try on website he provided. Also can you provide model number and orignal carrier of it

The IMEI checker does not work well. Use www.willmyphonework.net to check if your phone is compatiable. But it should work with the network if it is unlocked or locked to Koodo or Telus
