@Konki1963 Did you submit a ticket to customer support using the links provided a week ago? Do that now if you haven't as only CSA's can help with a refund/account credit of any erroneous charges as everyone responding here are fellow customers and cannot help with anything requiring account access.

@Konki1963 did you make the upgrade right on the first day of your new cycle? PM renew your cycle very early in the morning (shortly after midnight). If you made a "change plan now" upgrade right after, it will then charge you the new plan again even though it might have charge you the old plan just couple hours ago
But no worry, if that is the case, PM might be able to provide refund. Just open a ticket with them:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Hi,
I recommend chatting with SIMon. He is a 24 hour chat bot that can help you submit a ticket to Public Mobile and find a resolution. If you click on the 'Get Help' tab you should see a button that says 'Chat with SIMon'.
Hope this helps!

@Konki1963 hi can either leave it to pay for next month or contact an agent for a refund
you need the help of a service rep
There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca
Or private message them here
