I have been double billed for an account that I opened May 7. I paid when I opened my account. I signed up for auto-pay with my credit card and the payment came out June 7. But my account was suspended... I added more money to the account and I was billed again on June 11 for $35.

@Maryannclancy If you don't mind posting a screenshot for the double charged transaction,we might be able to help you determine what happened.

I agree, keep an eye on your account, you should have a credit for both payments. One will be saved for next month.

Does your service work after reneal date? If only double charge, but all works fine and your account has extra credit in it for use next cycle. It is ok, nothing to worry , because its bug.

PM had issues last month where the auto-pay date and the real renewal date were out of sync. Sounds like you were a victim of that bug as well. At least the extra money will stay on your account for your next renewal.

Hum...strange...can you go in your self-serve account and tab PAYMENT and tab HISTORY PAYMENT? What can you see for those transactions?
