Can someone explain something? My October payment came out of my account October 14 and this is only November 10 and another payment has come out? Thanks

PM is on a 30 days cycle so login to your account on the PM app or online and check when payment was taken out.

From your dates, it was only 27 days so check on your account.

If it was taken out earlier. Contact a CS_Agent for them to investigate by clicking on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket. If that didn’t work then dm them.

are you very certain the payment in Oct was 14th?  PM is on a 30 days cycle, so payment date will move up.  If you have been with PM for couple months, the payment date might have moved up and you were not aware

login My Account, check the Payment history and check the last couple payment date

if this payment date was less then 30 days, ask PM support agent to check.  

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
