Need to change the credit card used for billing

@Glen19551211  I find it easiest to do this on the public mobile app and when you log in allow location services through the app itself 

Go to payment tab then tap update credit card info

using the Public Mobile app; log in to your account > Payment...scroll down to Update Card Information.
