Billing

Hi there, I’d like to ask the reason why there were two payments withdrawn from my account, $11.30 on Nov.13 & $66.67 on Nov.14 respectively. From my previous experience, there had been one withdrawal every 90 days. Why is it like this this time?

Can a public mobile agent please check for me and then contact me to explain to me why that $11.30 (already checked as "Automatic Top-Up" which I had no clue!? I have always been paying one fee every 90-days since I joined your company for at least 5-6 yrs.. No change ever was asked on my part. The only thing I recall is I changed my credit card information. thus I edited my info there on your website and paid on Nov.13 in advance (payment supposed to be due on Nov. 15). Why there is "Automatic Top-Up" fee for another $11.3!?

Thanks for your suggestion. I follow your instructions and the amount of $11.3 matches the one under "Automatic Top-Up": $10+1.3 HST = 11.30 (dated Nov. 15). Yet, seeing that just confirmed the statement item I received from my credit card company. My question remains to be what is this $11.30 when I already paid  on Nov.13 - my 90-day fee and I never asked for a Top-up!?

I'm just guessing here. Did you purchase an add on back in November? More data? USA addon? Purchase a new SIM card or eSIM? I'm just trying to figure the $11.30 amount. That $66.67 looks like either a monthly charge or a 3 month charge. You can look at your invoices in your account settings. Check and see what it says.

Edit: Log in, left side click on payments, under the Upcoming payments box, bottom you'll see View Payment History. That should tell you the fees charged
