When I signed up in June, I paid for 3 months upfront and was told that it would be $39 per month thereafter. Now I just got a huge bill and it was for 3 months in advance again. That is not what I signed up for and I have no one to talk to. Your customer service is horrendous.

I can actually see how customers would think that. With 90-day plans, a price is advertised as a price "per month" (even though there is no such thing as monthly plan at Public Mobile). Even if that's understood to be 30-days, I can fully see someone thinking that the plan is still 30 days long but that a 90-day commitment. Unfortunately, that's no the case. If we use the example of the currently offered $39 30-day plan that is offered at $102 for 90 days, I'd much rather see Public Mobile remove all reverences to "month" (or 30 days) and mention of that $34 price. It's not a $34 per 30 day plan but rather a $102 per 90-day plan. I'd much rather see it advertised that way for increased clarity.

the 90 days plan is $39/month but you have to pay $39x3 every 90 days, So, instead of monthly, you will be paying the 3 months charge upfront. This is how the 90 days plan was designed and how you save around $5/30 days or $15/90 days
You can change it back to regular 30 days plan if you prefer. Just login My Account, Change Subscription and pick the regular 30 days plan and select change on renewal.
