I don't understand my bill. How the heck do I talk to Public Mobile about this?

@LouLou1 No bills at PM; all you will have are your credit card receipts if you've registered for autopay. All amounts shown in self serve account are BEFORE taxes,

@LouLou1  Public Mobile's payment history shown in your account often has strange ways of calculating things. Some plans have the fee broken down into bits and pieces, or have a higher amount shown as charged, but in the payments area will show a discount applied to offset the difference between the unexpected higher price and the price that you were expecting.  It's the net amount that counts.

We might be able to help you though. Maybe post a screen snip of your Payment history from your self-serve here (not your payment card). Blank out personal info of course.
