How can I correct a billing error? My father was charged for a service and he is not a customer

@aaranjo If that is the case then better call the credit company and ask them to issue your dad a new card because that card has been compromised.

The Credit card company provided an 800 # associated with the charge, the number led me to public mobile, which inturn led me to this website.
No one "should" have access my fathers credit card so we are trying to track down the error.

@aaranjo Have your father contact his credit card company and ask for the transaction code, and billing code number associated to public mobile and the erroneous charge. The moderators will need this information to track the transaction in the system. This will make it easier and quicker to trace, reverse the charge and then bill the correct customer/account.
This will be faster than filing a dispute with the credit card company.

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
