Hi, i have autopay set up but my account says plan expired and it still hasnt charged me today (Feb 16). I tried to manually pay for the balance but it states my "account already has enough balance"

This is normal for everyone on renewal day. Your payment will be taken sometimes over night and status will be back to normal in the morning.
As long as services are working, no need to worry.
