Hi, i have autopay set up but my account says plan expired and it still hasnt charged me today (Feb 16). I tried to manually pay for the balance but it states my "account already has enough balance"
When trying to port at first, I made a mistake of accidentally putting my phone number as my old account number. So as of now, both my old and my new sim cards are active. I am still able to call and message from my new one and it shows the same numb...
