Best basic plan deal?

I just got spammed in my DMs but it seems interesting as I'm paying at PM $17/mth for unlimited calls/texts and only 250mb data but Freedom Mobile is offering:

Prepaid by the year, $119/year (average $12 per month), 15GB/year data (average 1.2 GB per month), Unlimited Talk & Text.

I live in the Montreal area and think FM has coverage there.  Anyway, is this a good deal or are there better if I just want unlimited calls/texts and minimal data?  TIA.

the $15 plan you have is about the best offer for those of us who don't use much data but still need talk and text. Keep watching the PM website has promo plans and new deals every other week it seems. But you do your own math...if you find a good plan elsewhere that fits your lifestyle and budget...you have choice to make.
