Hi everyone!
this is my first time with public mobile and I've had a problem with porting my number with bell. It seems like this isn't a unique problem, but I'm able make calls, texts and use data but not recieve incoming calls. When I went to my account to try to port my number again, it came up with an error saying to contact for help. I'm stuck and I don't know what to do ://
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the problem, it won't last. Could you please send a private message with your new and the number you want tort out from bell to Mary_M or Shazia_K? One of them will assist you asap. Be patient and welcome on board.
