Being Overcharged

I am being overcharged for one of my accounts. How can this be addressed? I went online and checked all five plans and none of them match the charge I am getting.

you checked your bank account or credit card and it shows 2 charges? or did you make any plan change using Change now ?

Payment problems need PM to help.  

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
