Thanks @magee11, I understand it must be frustrating after so many days.
Such are the unusual times at PM.. the promo has generated amazing response and with it, unbelievable number of help requests.
I am sure it will be worth the wait, once you clear this initial hiccup. Most of us are really happy with the service/reliability and that partly contributed to the overwhelming response to this promo... the word of mouth referrals!

Sorry to hear that you are having to wait so long.
The mods are responding to messages in the order they were received. It can sometimes be misunderstood when we see a mod reply to a post in the Community. Its usually them following up with thsoe who already sent a private message several days ago and now their turn came up.
As you are on day 6, I would say you are a lot closer to getting help. Hang in there.

Yes Ive tweeted at them and still no reply and I dont see how it being the last few days of the promo changes anything ive been waiting for almost a week people just switching now shouldnt be getting preference.

As we are in the final days of this promo, dont expect a reply now because mods are hammered with request from every single member in the forum
hopully on Monday it will be easier for them and everything should go back to normal

@magee11 Have you tried contacting them through their Twitter platform? They seem to reply very fast on there. Best of luck!
