Most likely your plan renewed and the balance was applied to the charges.

@Aaqil78 It happens from time to time. Try using incognito/private browsing mode. If that does not work, you can go to My Rewards page and it will show you the amount due. Even if that does not work, you can dial 611 and you will hear the amount due.

Has your plan renewed lately ? PM will take renewal from Available Funds before deducting from your registered credit card.
